Biography

Rachel Boyoung Kim is a duPont-Columbia Award, Murrow, and multiple-Emmy Award-winning director, producer, writer, cinematographer, and editor with extensive experience in scripted and unscripted development, production oversight, and multi-platform storytelling. She has produced digital series that have won Emmy and Webby awards and overseen end-to-end workflows for major networks including NBC, ABC, and PBS.
She has also worked on multiple documentary film projects that have screened internationally, showcasing her ability to engage diverse audiences. Notably, her feature-length documentary "Travelers," produced in partnership with Greens Production in Israel, was selected for screening at over 15 major festivals across Europe, Asia, Central, and Northern America.
Skilled in directing, producing, writing, shooting and editing, she partners with marketing teams to craft content that delivers exceptional impact. As a bilingual (English/Korean) prodcuer and FAA-certified drone pilot proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects, she brings a culturally nuanced perspective and technical versatility to every production.
